Seed Collecting

We may be in Autumn, but that doesn't stop us being able to collect seeds with the little ones. It's a great chance to find different varieties and store some, ready to plant out in the Spring. 

This simple activity teaches children about the wonder of life-cycles and seed dispersal - connecting them with their natural world.

The children will be excited to discover seeds in all shapes and sizes and then make little seed packets to store their seeds in until next year.
